Project Management Control (PMC)
We undertake complete PMC for any type of construction projects. PMC includes providing necessary scheme drawings / Working drawings / Structural detail drawings / Estimation / Budget preparation / Project planning schedule / Coordination with Owner, Architects, Site Engineers etc. We do periodical site inspection / technical support / quality control / site execution as per planning. We provide material requirements stage by stage it prevent materials waste at site. We control manpower according to volume of work. Periodical inspection report will be submitted to the concern person.
Structural Designs (RCC)
We do modelling / Analysis / Detailing of any RCC Structure. Residential Villas / Bungalows / Multi-storeyed apartments, Commercial Buildings, Educational Buildings, Community Halls, Prayer Halls / Auditorium, Hospital buildings, Boarding and Lodging, Hill station Resorts, Gaushala, Religious Buildings (Temple / Mosque / Church etc). We provide detailed auto cad drawings for Foundation, Columns, Beams, Staircase, Roof slab, Lift areas, Staircase head rooms, Under Ground water sumps, Over Head Water tanks with Steel and Concrete qty. As per clients request we are providing pdf format dwgs / cad dwgs / A3 size printouts / complete project design details in CD format at the end of the project.
Planning / BOQ / Scheme
These above titles play a important role in any construction projects. We provide Scheme drawings / Working drawings / Project planning schedule / Bar chart / Manpower requirements in different stages / Project BOQ / Estimation / Budget allocation etc. And also we provide cash flow chart according to work stages against contract value.
General Consultation
General Consultation it may vary according to nature of work. It may be pre-planning of any projects, discussion on scheme drawings, Vasthu clarifications, additional construction to the existing buildings, safety wise verifying the structures, renovation of existing buildings, seepage in buildings, structural crack developments, failures, concrete repairs guidance, water proofing techniques, Utilization Certificates, Completion Certificates, etc.
RCC Structures Rehabilitation / Water proofing techniques
Due to old age, the RCC buildings getting structural damage due to very poor maintenance / dampness / water leaks / vegetation growth etc. These type of buildings must be retreated by technical methods. Different methods available to reconditioning the structure according to site condition.
